Janie O. Walton

Janie Oneada Walton was born at City Hospital, on September 20, 1936, to the wonderful parents of Roosevelt Walton, and Anna Pearl Barrow. Janie attended Cleveland Public Schools until she was 18 years old. Janie worked numerous jobs, but she held the longest tenure at the Cleveland Playhouse, where she later retired from. While at the playhouse she also worked for Haper, Wayne Turney, and Dianne Kothler. Janie was a beautiful person with a loving personality, her heart was big as Cleveland Ohio. Everyone that knew Janie loved her. She was one of the angels God gave us for a while. Janie passed away on August 17, 2019, she leaves to mourn 2 brothers, Howard Walton, Curtis Walton, 4 sisters, Ada Louise Wimberly, Carolyn Avery, Dianne Walton, Ayisha Walton, 3 God sisters, Areatha Malone, Darlene Jamerson, and Betty Stubbs. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
