Father of Paul (Lisa) Foster, Denita (Delon)Britton, Sashea Philpot, Darrel Martemus Jr., Ricardo (Alesia) Martemus and Kanisha Harper. Brother of Gloria Davis, Donald Pollard, Sharon Lee, Frederick Neal, Roderick (Areda) Neal, Gregory Neal and Creassandra Chaney. Brother-in-law of Overtis Philpot. Son-in-law of Catherine Philpot-Moore. Grandfather of 14, nephew, cousin and friend. Kelvin was preceded by his parents Willie and Frances Neal, his brother Marvin Pollard, his son Rico Martemus and grandchildren Kai and Takanna Britton.

I not only lost my husband, I lost my soul mate and best friend. We promised unconditional love until the end. Our forever wasn't long enough. But, he knew I could handle it, I'd be tough. I will truly miss you and my life is forever changed, there's not Litt without Kev. I wish things could be rearranged, you were one of the best thing that ever happened to me. Everyone around us could see, that we were meant to be.
