Louis Clarence Richardson, affectionately known as “L.C.” was born on June 30th, 1944 in York, Alabama to the late Geneva Peteet Richardson and L.C. Jones. He was number four of six children, two of which preceded him in death.
L.C. later moved to Cleveland, Ohio and was educated in the Cleveland Public school system. Married twice, he was an affectionate and caring father to Nine children.
L.C. came to know Christ at an early age and often attended Sunday services. In addition to singing and dancing, Louis enjoyed working with his hands and was a very well-known brick layer for many many years, until a decline in his health took place.
L.C. was peacefully called home from a life of labor to reward on Monday, February 25th, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memory, four daughters: Crystal, Chauna, Quinida & Sarita, five sons: Marcellous (Yaritza), Louis III, Isaiah, Daniel & Noah, four sisters: Mable and Candice of Cleveland, Oh and Joyce and Vera of Alabama, three brothers: John of Cleveland, OH and Floyd and Edward of Alabama. Fifteen grandchildren, two great grand-children, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
