Azie "Peaches" (Gould) Stone

Azie Gould Stone “ Aka Peaches” passed away at Metro Hospital on September 23, 2021. She was 64 years old. 

Azie was born to Azie Long and Robert Gould Sr. on July 5, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1976, she graduated from East High School. After high school she graduated from Cuyahoga Community College and Dyke College. Azie was a paramedic and worked at Greyhound as a driver. She founded her religion St. Lutheran Church. 

Azie was a happy, kind and generous person to her family. She loved listening to music and rocking in her favorite chair. Azie loved playing cards and dominoes. She was known to be the life of the party. She was carefree and loved spending time with her family. Her smile, laughter was infectious and will be missed by many. 

Azie is survived by her children Frank Jr, Azie, Rebekah, William, Felicia, James and her siblings Martha, Mark, Robert Jr, Barney, Jean, Joan, Lilly, Adam, Michael, Grant, Anna and Daniel. Azie leaves behind 9 grandchildren Tatyanna, Tre’Jon, Nakeria, Braylan, Maurice, Tobious, Taniya, Tyree and Jaylaya. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Nancy and Ralph.
