Derrick Mosley Obituary

Derrick Keith Mosley was born February 17, 1971 to Arthelia Mosley, he was the oldest of two children, he has a sister, Antoinete Karlen Jordan (Mosley). Derrick attended the Warrensville Heights City School system, Derrick took Graphic Arts in high school and he graduated from Warrensville Heights High School in 1990. During the Summers Derrick worked as a groom and a hot- walker at The Thistledown Race Track. Derrick loved the horses he was responsible for, the only thing that Derrick loved more than horses was fishing. Derrick he got a graphic arts job and worked at Card Pack for a few years, and decided to leave there when they went to computers. He loved to drive and he decided to go to truck driving school, he drove 18 wheelers which he loved, he drove for Yellow Freight, for many years, he drove double and triple trailers and he lost his job when Yellow Freight went under. Derrick was a devoted son, a loving brother, a proud father, an entrepreneur and ,most importantly a fisherman.

His life can be defined by hard work, determination, and a genuine love for family. He touched the lives of many through kindness, fishing trips and unwavering commitment to those he loved. As an entrepreneur Derrick was building his real estate business Ohio Homes Solution Provider, with vision, dedication and perseverance taking great pride in his work and inspiring others with his passion. However family was the center of Derricks life, he treasured h time is spent with his children and loved ones. His guidance, strength since of humor and playfulness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind his ex wife Tammy Mosley, four beautiful children: Reece (Andrea), Trent ( Corinne), Kayla, and Karley, two grand children, Raiden and Monroe Bleu with another on the way, a beloved mother Arthelia, Uncle; Octavius, sister; Antoinette (Edward) Nephews: Anttwan and Antonio and niece; Antoniyah, extended family members. friends, and countless others who’s lives were enriched by knowing him. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we celebrate a life well lived and a legacy that will continue thru the many lives he touched. Those we loved will never truly leave us. The family appreciate your prayers, support and expression of sympathy during this difficult time.
