Maple Heights, Ohio 44137. Funeral service will be held at New Sardis Primitive Baptist Church 3474 East 147th. Street Cleveland, Ohio 44120. Family will receive friends at 9:30 AM funeral service to follow at 10:00 AM Final resting place Cleveland Memorial Garden.
