Duane Bernard Stevens

Duane Bernard Stevens was born November 5, 1963 to the late Dottie Small. Daune was the 2nd. child of 7 and attended Cleveland Public Schools. Duane joined the United States Marine Corps. and was highly decorated, during his tour of duty and departed with and Honorable discharge. In his spare time, he enjoyed music, cooking, reading and spending time with his family. Duane had a love for dogs as well, which he opened his home to many. Duane care and showed love, although he was not always around, but he was there when needed. Duane was special in his own way. especially to his family.

Duane departed this life on May 10, 2018, which has left a void that cannot be filled. Duane was preceded in death by his mother (Dottie Small), and 2 brothers (Robert Cobb Jr.), and (Daniel Stevens), and 1 sister (Rhonda Cobb).

Duane left to cherish his memory 2 sisters (Yvette Stevens and Tonia Small) 1 brother Charles Stevens), and a host of relatives and friends.

                                               OUR BROKEN CHAIN

Little did we know that day, GOD was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in deary, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone, for a part of us went with you, the day GOD call you home. You left us memories, your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken once again, and nothing seems the same, but GOD call us one by one. The chain will link once again.
