Early Wednesday morning July 14, 2021 Jerome Woods peacefully passed from this life into eternity.
Jerome leaves to cherish his memory and continue his legacy, his beloved siblings: JoAnn Hanson, Dorothy Conaway, Thomas Woods, Loretta Woods, Lonnie Woods, and Robert "Bobby" Woods (Tina); Children: Terence, Valencia (Ruffin), Shakkia, Jerome, Ocey, Sonora and Ruby; Grandchildren: Terence Jr. "TJ" Woods, Rasullullah "Rasul" Pillow, Tamea "Mea" White, Telea "Lea" White, Sarah "Pie" Scott, Amirah Scott, Ocey "Lil O" Scott Jr., Naz Scott and Lenox Scott; Great-grandchildren: Amira Lee Pillow, Rasul Latif Pillow, Zuni Tianna Pillow, and JeVon Kardel-King Lacy; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and his dear Aunt Juanita "Nit".
His parents Ocey Lee and Sarah Marie (Sturdivant) Woods, and siblings William "Billy" Woods and Tonya "Tiny" Crenshaw preceded him in death.
