Mr. Jimmy Lee Jacobs was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 20, 1953, to the late, Abe and Cereatha Jacobs.
Jimmy was a graduate of John Adams High School, and as time went on, became a proud father of a baby girl, Ciceli Joanna Jacobs, in 1973.
Jimmy accepted Christ at an early age and continued to draw closer to God, up until his death. Jimmy enjoyed playing the piano and singing in the choir.
Jimmy later moved to Elkhart, Indiana; where he resided for several years, before moving back to Cleveland. Jimmy served as a Customer Service Agent, within different companies, during his time of employment.
Jimmy was a avid walker, also enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians, and eating a nice meal.
Before becoming ill in February of 2018, Jimmy was a active member, of Greater Harvard Avenue Church of God, where the Dr. Wardell W. Harris, is the Pastor. Where Jimmy, will be deeply missed.
Early Sunday morning, on March 22, 2020, Jimmy received his wings to glory.
Jimmy leaves to cherish his wonderful memories; daughter, Ciceli(Donald); one grandson, Kelvin D. Calhoun II; brothers, Jerome and John(Angela); his Greater Harvard Church family; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; along with other relatives and friends. Brothers that proceed him in death; Carl, Larry, and Eddie Ray.
