Maurice Bernard Pandy AKA “ Ottley” was born on September 7, 1941 to Miss Dylcia Pandy and Clarence Ottley. Maurice was the youngest of four children. He is preceded in death by his mother, Dylcia and Father Clarance. His Brothers: Leeford Rivers and Talbert Ottley. He is survived by his only sister Miss Elaine Ottley who resides in Belize. Maurice attended Wesley School and was later transferred to Nazarine School in Belize City. Maurice loved music and he and his brother Talbert were drummers for the Salvation Army. He was self-employed by working his cart selling Fresco thereby earning the name “ Syrup” because he made the best syrup in Belize. Then he later migrated to the USA. He was employed by CMHA where he retired from in December 2010.
Maurice is survived by his wife of 20 years, Mrs. Judith Pandy. His sister; Elaine Ottley. His Stepchildren in the US and in Belize.
He was born again believer in his savior Jesus and was baptized into the family of God.
