Randi Janae Williams was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sunday, December 19, 1999, to the parents of Randy and Eileen Williams. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior on Saturday, September 9, 2017.
Randi was a proud alumna of Warrensville Heights High School and graduated in 2017. Randi always believed the Warrensville Heights City School District was more than a school, than a school district, than a community, but that it was a milestone to greatness. After leaving the school district for a short time, she found herself back at Warrensville Heights School, which was an indestructible form of Randi that nobody ever knew. She was challenged, pushed, cared for, and motivated throughout her entire school years. She couldn’t imagine spending her years anywhere else. Each time she did, she ended up right back where she belonged.
Randi was a member of the National Honor Society. She always expressed a special thank you to her former guidance counselors, Bradley Sims & Rachel Berlin; her principal, Mrs. Janet McDowell; her teacher, Brian Anthony; and her school grandmother, Ms. Dean.
Randi had a huge enthusiasm for sports, including basketball (Ladies First), volleyball (Precision) and bowling (Rolling Thunder). She was known for her exuberant and playful personality, and for her high energy. She had a love for children and never wanted to see anyone hurting. She was a dreamer. Randi was beautiful. She was loved by all who had the chance to engage her.
Randi entered eternal rest on April 1, 2021. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Wesley Buddy Dixon, Warren Williams and Dewey Adams, Jr.
Randi leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Randy and Eileen; her siblings, Julian (Antanesha) Wise, Raymond Williams; her grandmothers, Donna Adams, Frances Wise and Wonda McDougall; her aunts, Juareen Williams, Marcella (Jeffrey) Hall, Kisha Sutherland, Diane Boyd, Marilyn (William) Britt; her uncles; Eugene (Laverne) Cummings, Derrick (Betty), Wayne (Delores) Cummings, Anthony (Ailene) Wise, Mark (Vanessa) Wise, Marvin Wise, Dewayne and Kevin Adams; her nephews, Jaidyn, Xavier; her niece; Damiya, as well as a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
