Ronald Lamar Burnley

Ronald L. Burnley, aka Pete, was born June 14, 1955 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio to Ernest Henry Burnley and, Shirley Jean Burnley.

Ronald attended John hay High School and worked in various industries until later he became self employed.

Ronald accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Ronald was a loving and sociable person. He enjoyed his children, family, and friends. He enjoyed being at home, shooting pool, bowling on Nintendo Wii, and just having fun. He was loved by his family and his friends. To know him was to love him. He will be greatly missed.

Ronald departed this life on July 19, 2020 at 5:03am at Metro Health Medical Center Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his father Ernest Henry Burnley, his brother Gregory Burnley and his sister Pamela Askew.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Shirley Jean Burnley-Duncan (Fred Duncan), his children Ella Fox, Letitia Elridge, Lil Ronald, and Stepdaughter Lonnie Fox-Moorer.

He also leaves behind his grandchildren, DaeShawn Jackson, Da’Shiera Jackson, Da’Shyra Jackson, Lachae Elridge, DeBriana McKinney, Errick Shelton, and Jaylonnie Moorer.

In addition, he leaves to mourn his memory his siblings, brothers; Ernest Burnley (Connie), Michael Burnley (Elaine), and Donald Burnley. And two sisters Cheryl Boyd and Donna Kope (Jim), and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
