Zesmenn Spencer Obituary

In Loving Memory of Zesmenn Ja’Quan Spencer: July 22, 1992 – May 15, 2026. With solemn joy and immeasurable love we celebrate the life of Zesmenn Ja’Quan Spencer, affectionately know as Zion who departed this life on May 15,2026, at the age of 33. Though his time with us was far too short, the love, laughter, wisdom, and kindness he shared will remain in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. Zesmenn was born on July 22, 1992, in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was also raised.

He graduated from Euclid High School and spent some time in New Jersey before returning back to his hometown and building his life, pursuing his passions, and leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.  As the oldest of six siblings, Zesmenn naturally embraced the role of protector, mentor, and source of guidance. He shared a special bond with his father, five younger sisters, extended family and friends. Whether through his wisdom, humor, or unwavering support, he took great pride in being a big brother and helping those he loved navigate life’s challenges. Zesmenn had a passion for cars and was nearing completion of his degree in Automotive Technology, a goal he worked diligently toward. His love for cars reflected his ingenuity, intelligence, and determination to continually learn and grow. To know Zesmenn was to know laughter. He had a gift for making people smile and was famous for cracking jokes, especially on his friends and sisters. His playful spirit could light up any room, infectious laugh, and sense of humor created memories that will be cherished forever. Beyond his jokes and laughter was a man of remarkable character.

Zesmenn was loyal, intelligent, compassionate, and selfless. He was the person many turned to for advice because he had a unique ability to listen without judgment and offer thoughtful guidance. He genuinely cared about people and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved deeply, cared sincerely, and gave freely of himself. His kindness extended not only to family and friends but to everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. In his free time, Zesmenn enjoyed anime, video games, sports, spending time at the lake, and anything related to cars. He also loved dancing and bringing joy to those around him through his energy, and humor.

Zesmenn was a devoted son, loving brother, cherished uncle, loyal friend, and a source of strength and encouragement to many.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Shaun (Cathy), sisters Brianna,Kaylah, Brittany, Ashley, and Tiffany, second mom Denise, nine beloved nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family members, lifelong friends, and all whose lives were touched by his kindness and love.

Zesmenn’s legacy is measured by the lives he impacted. He taught those around him the value of loyalty, compassion, resilience, and laughter. His presence brought comfort, his words brought wisdom, and his heart brought love. Though he is no longer physically with us, his spirit lives on in every shared story, every burst of laughter among family, and every life he touched. He will forever be remembered as a loving son, an incredible brother, a devoted uncle, a loyal friend, and a truly remarkable man.
