Cremation Packages

The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

No Public Viewing     

This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; hearse; transfer of remains to the funeral home; and burial transit permit.

This package does not include death certificate. ( Additional $25.00 )

This package includes the hearse to the crematory and the removal of remains from place of death.

The only viewing with this package is for the NEXT of KIN. Please contact your funeral arranger for details.

This Package includes:

• Rental Casket ( Standard Size )
• Four hours of Viewing: 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. 
• Cremation Permit

• Register Book and Thank You Cards

AVAILABLE MONDAY - THURSDAY

This service DOES NOT include Ohio sales tax, insurance processing fee or administrative fee

This package includes:

• Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff
• Embalming; this service includes but not limited to washing and disinfection
•  Dressing, Cosmetics and Casketing of human remains for public viewing
• Use of Facilities and Staff for Viewing at the Funeral Home
• Use of Facilities and Staff for Funeral Service at Funeral Home
• Hearse;
• Casket Rental
•  Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home
• Acknowledgement Cards
• Register Book
•  Burial Transit Permit
• Minister or Clergy
•  Organist in chapel.

These services are available Monday - Thursday daytime or evening in our Chapel or Monday-Friday daytime or evening at Church. (3) Hour viewing the day before the service. These prices does not include Transfer of Remains to the Church, Ohio Sales Tax, Insurance processing fee (If applicable) , administrative fee, flowers, or any additional merchandise associated with the funeral services. Please refer to the General Price List for detailed prices of any additional merchandise.
